• Your on-screen preview is your proof. Double-check spelling, size and colors before checkout. We print exactly what you approve.
• No clear backgrounds. Our special carpet adhesive is solid gray, which makes a clear background impossible. Choose a background color in the tracer. White, black or gray blend in with most boat carpet.
• No individual letters. Carpet graphics are always cut as one solid piece. Small, thin letters are far more susceptible to edge lifting during use, and getting their spacing and alignment right on carpet is nearly impossible. A one-piece cut stays flat and keeps everything perfectly aligned.
• You must upload your own logo; we don't offer logo design. Changes to your artwork are limited to color changes, or editing the cut lines for an additional $35.
• Accepted files: .png, .jpg, .pdf, .eps, .ai, .psd. 
• Production takes 2 business days from your order. If you choose designer help, production starts once your design is finished, then takes 2 business days.

Do I get a proof before you print? Yes, instantly. The preview you see while customizing is your proof, showing the exact shape, cut line and size we'll produce.

What if my logo is low quality? Upload the best version you have. We automatically clean up and sharpen low-resolution files for print. For the sharpest result, use the original file from whoever designed your logo.

How do I pick the right size? Measure the spot on your deck and we like to give it at least 2" of breathing room on each side. Then, type that width or height into the tracer. The preview shows the final size before you buy so you'll know exactly how it will fit.

Will it hold up to water and sun? Yes. They're printed with 3M-certified outdoor inks on a textured, non-slip material made for boat decks.

Will it stick to EVA foam flooring? Yes. Our graphics bond to both marine carpet and EVA foam boat flooring. Clean and dry the area before installing for the best hold.

How is pricing calculated? By area. Once you upload your logo, the tracer measures the finished graphic, cutline included, and calculates your price instantly. You only pay for the size you actually get, so smaller graphics cost less.

Why can't the background be clear? We use a special adhesive made to hold on boat carpet, and it's solid gray, which makes a clear background impossible. Every graphic is printed on a background color you choose. Most customers pick white, black or gray to blend in with their boat carpet.

Can you cut my lettering as individual letters? No, for two reasons. Small, separate letters are far more susceptible to edge lifting during use. And lining up a dozen loose letters with even spacing on textured carpet is nearly impossible to get perfect. A one-piece cut, with the cutline around the whole design, gives the graphic durability and strong adhesion.

Are they removable? Yes. In most cases they peel off cleanly and leave no residue behind.

Will it leave a "tan line" when I remove it? Usually, yes, but that's not the graphic. It's the carpet. While your graphic is down, it shields that spot from sun and weather. The sun never sees that portion of the carpet anymore. The carpet around it lightens from the daily sun exposure. You won't be able to tell until you remove the decals.

These things are custom! So no returns or refunds. Our fast and easy proofing process means you'll have a mistake-free experience. However, if something goes wrong on our part we'll make it right!
