- We do not offer logo design, you must upload a logo file. We do not offer changes/additions to your logo with the exception of color changes for an additional $10.
- File formats accepted - .eps, .ai, .pdf, .psd, .png, .jpg.
- We cannot accept photos.
- Carpet decals can not be cut to be individual letters. They must be made as a 1-piece solid graphic to increase durability.
- Proofs are sent out usually within 1-3 business days.
- Your custom carpet graphic will ship 2-3 business days after proof approval.
- Custom decals are not eligible for returns so measure twice and order once.
